WordPress ping list does not just help you index blog posts fast on SERPs (search engine result pages) but is also a great way to get rid of article submissions on different pinging sites on the Internet.

Ya, that’s true!

Updating the best list of WordPress ping submission sites into a blog or website codex (dashboard) sends a ping to different search engines.

As result, the search engine bots crawl your website and index newly published and updated content fast.

Not only in 2023 but also in recent years 2022, or even before every blogger is greedy to get fast index his/her articles on Google and other search engine results automatically.

This is possible only if you add our best-picked below WordPress ping list on your website manually.

Wait wait, before I show this pinging submission listing, let’s read:

What is WordPress ping list?

A pinging list is a push mechanism for WordPress and other content management systems. The use of pinging is to notify search engines, other websites and services when you publish new content or update old content.

Didn’t get me?

No problem! Let’s discuss in simple lines.

After editing or modifying a blog post, you must have to wait for search engine bots to crawl. This could be a day, a week or sometimes more than a month. The way is to manually index your new post link in Google Search Console.

But if I tell you, after updating WordPress ping list on your website codex dashboard, neither you need to wait for long days nor manual submission.

Yes, when you publish a new post WordPress automatically notifies the following site update services you publish. Yes, that’s sweet of adding ping submission sites on a WordPress site.

Is WordPress send a ping to search engines?

This is crazy, but you may be thinking, “does WordPress not send a ping to search engines by self?”.

A big NO.

Actually, when you publish a new post or update your old content, WordPress pings a ping server and that server notify other services like Search Engines, news and feed websites, website directories etc.

As I mentioned already that by default WordPress automatically notifies when you publish a new post.

So below, I have compiled a list of ping services for WordPress blog that will help you to ping more services.

Should I use WordPress pinging services in 2023?

Definitely, you have to add the list of WordPress ping submission sites. Below listed are some major reasons, I highly recommend doing this submission:

  • Your blog posts index so fast on search engines
  • No need to make manual submission on pinging sites like pingomatic.com
  • Automatic fast backlinks indexing by search engine bots

As you can understand, reading the above lines why updating WordPress ping list is important in 2023.
